Example
After Export....
and Save, I close the file with cmd W
Before, Affinity prompted with Save changes,
and the dialog box has SAVE highlighed in blue, to be selected with Return
and DISCARD had a blue rim, and could be selected with TAB key.
No this second option BLUE RIM around alternative selection to be used with TAB has disappeared.
Can you bring it back.

In AFPhoto :
Open photo > unlock layer >Adjustment panel>choose black&white.
You now have a B&W picture (colour format RGB 8bit
You can now choose a new color format if you wish :
> Document >Colour Profile > RGB 16bit

Can also be done using a HSL filter.
Go to: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > HSL Layer.
Select "Greens" in the color dropdown, check HSV. Then drag down (to left) Saturation shift. You might also need to select "Cyans" and drag the saturation down.
