hi carl, after I opened the recovered file from you,
why did a blue mark appear in the text, like the picture attached. can you tell me how to set this up?

That's an Affinity Publisher option (Text > Show Special Characters) that allows you to see the different "formatting" characters that your text has.
You can't switch that on/off in Designer.
I must have switched it on at some point when recovering your Document
If you have Publisher (or the trial version installed) you can use that to open your Designer document and switch it on/off.
