[Designer crashes on start]

Hi,

I have bought a new laptop two weeks ago, tried installing Designer yesterday (classical, no store installation) with no Problems, but can't start it, it crashes almost immediately back to desktop.

The Laptop is a Yoga 7i:
i7-12700H
Intel Arc A370M GPU
Windows 10 Pro 21H2 build 190442130

I have downloaded the latest Version of Designer 1.10.5.1342

I have tried a reinstall, updated the GPU-Driver to latest version 31.0.101.3490 and tried forcing both, either to use the GPU or the integrated graphics via windows settings, all to no avail.

The same Version of Designer runs smoothly on some old, old brick which is literally starting to fall apart when beeing looked at, so I hope I do not have to replace the brand new hardware because of some incompatibility...

I have atteched the latest crash log after the clean install of newest intel driver and clean install of Designer

Any Help is highly appreciated
