Publisher crash

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Two days ago I edited some old file and saved changes. Today I'm trying to open file, and after a few seconds Publisher goes off (crashes). Can any one help to solve the problem? The file is attached, plus three dump reports.

Windows 10.
