  1. That's okay I really appreciate your help. I just wanted to exclude the possibility there was some issue with a profile I might have myself. This is a head scratcher. It's also confusing that I can't import the profile either. In a file that doesn't have the option, I've tried going to File>Import and I can find the profile and select it, but nothing happens. It still doesn't appear as an option.
  2. That's frustrating and doesn't explain the difference. Though I have to disagree that Affinity doesn't come with color profiles. I locate the color profiles, like US SWOP, by going into the Program Files>Affinity>Resources>icc. This color profile was definitely one of those acquired when Affinity was added to my machine. I understand other color profiles can be added, but the specific CMYK profile I am trying to use was provided by Affinity. I understand they didn't necessarily create it themselves in the first place, but it's one that comes pre-loaded.
  3. Something is certainly blocking it. The same file opened on two different computers, running the same version of Affinity, get different results. One does have the color profile as an option. One doesn't. I don't understand why it wasn't fixed when I removed the program and downloaded it again. Or why it wasn't fixed by removing the program and downloading a previous version. Could it be something in the settings that I might have enabled (or disabled) in error?
  4. The 2nd and 5th show the top of the list. It's the same dropdown as the other two. Exactly the same image. One screenshot shows the top of the list and the other shows the bottom of the list. 2 and 5 are the top of the list, 1 and four are the bottom of the list in the same box.
  5. Thank you! I'm using Affinity Photo (version 1.10.5.1342) on Windows 11. I haven't changed any of my software since I converted profiles before. I've done it several times this year in various documents. I've never had this issue in the past. And I can recreate it. The last two screenshots are literally a quick scribble in a new RGB document. When I try to convert the CMYK US SWOP is not an option.
  6. Since getting Affinity Photo, I have often converted RGB documents to the CMYK US SWOP profile. I've done it many, many times. Today, suddenly, the CMYK US SWOP profile is not showing up as an option. Very few CMYK profiles are. The profiles are still on my hard drive. I've tried to import them, but they still don't show up. I've removed the program completely and reinstalled it. Still, they don't show up. I've tried numerous documents created over a long period of time. The profile randomly shows up on a couple, but doesn't for the majority of them. I can discern no difference in the documents it does show up for. I've tried different file extensions, files created on Affinity Photo as well as documents created on other software. It doesn't show up, even on the .afphoto files. My whole reason for getting Affinity was this ability to switch between the profiles. As far as I'm aware, I have changed no settings or preferences. But I am more than happy to be told I've switched some setting in error. I actually hope it is that simple! Lol. What would cause this sudden disappearance and how do I get the CMYK US SWOP profile back for all files? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
