Thanks got it all sorted again now the issue I have now is I am moving from a windows pc to a Mac pc so reading of the internet some say you can get swap to a Mac licence from a windows licence

I understand that it’s not a problem I’m not in my home office now we’re be back out there tomorrow so would like to be in contact with someone while I’m out in garden office so no rush

Thanks I’m puzzled everyone seems to be on the idea that just install and put email in an licence number however did not work for me, I think I will try getting hold of someone from affinity

I have installed software on new pc however it won’t except licence code
