[turn off tool handles for vector path]

Thanks for the good comments. I'm positioning eyeballs for characters, trying out various gazes. The tool handles get in the way.

I know you can minimize in Preferences, but I'd like to turn them off completely. Is it possible to turn them off?

I'm looking to create or apply the twist, as seen in this preview below: Can't seem to make it work on the layer.

Or is there another way or brush that I can achieve a realistic twist in a vector line.
