Spontaneous Crash when adding pages

WyvernWench posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Affintiy is now spontaneously crashing. It seems to happen when I try and add or delete pages, but it happens so fast that I can't be sure of the exact action that is bringing it down.
