Ich hatte auch das Problem, dass die Überschrift 1 unterhalb der Überschrift 2 im Inhaltsverzeichnis angeordnet wurde. Dank obiger Ausführungen habe ich verstanden, dass ich in der Ebenenpalette die Überschrift 1 unterhalb der Überschrift 2 platzieren muss. DANKE!
