    Yes, i did. But it docks then not as a block at the main Affinity window. I don't like to have it like a floating block. When i resize the main window of Affinity, the block should go (horizontal) with it

    Ups, sorry. I doesn't mean the tools on left side, but the palettes / inspector panels. Putting all palettes i need together (docking) and this block should docking at the main window. Maybe i have to create a short screencast about it

    Hi Meb, I am fully aware that Affinity Photo and Designer are two powerful programs. What I miss is the certain flow. To have the tools where they are needed. Without first moving the cursor up and down the edge of the screen, then over a long horizontal area again, where the option I was looking for is located. All in all, in my view, this is far too cumbersome. This also means that it is still not possible to organize your palettes, for example in Photoshop, and to anchor them to the program window, like it fits my workflow ...

    Hi Meb, first, thank you so much for open my eyes to find the "selection". Thats what i wanted to do. But. Why didn't you give this function its own window in studio? Or is it hidden? When working with paths, a window, similar to Transform, would be more than helpful. I still think that important functions cannot be called up there, where they are needed. Namely at the mouse pointer /inspector. The Pen tool is now a small inconspicuous bar that is quickly overlooked. I didn't find it after 40 minutes, so I asked. There is a lot more to say about GUI. That's one reason why I just can't get warm with Affinity Photo and Designer. And i would like :-) But that's not appropriate here.

    It's incredible that there are still no options for bleed marks. I haven't used Affinity Designer for over six months. Too much trouble, many functions (standards) are missing Changing to Adobe again!

    Hi there, is there any option to create /change a smoothing paths from countless nodes? i have a big puzzle put together to one object and thousands of nodes. I would like to reduce them. Convert: "smooth" does not work, may be because it's an "union object"

    Slices: Why is slicing in Affinity Designer soooooooooo awkward? Changing the size? Copy or duplicate a slice? Too many attributes in the panel that don't interest me at first Isn't it possible yet? Or didn't i find it :-( Take a look to "SketchApp" from the Bohemian Team :-) (moved from feature roadmap by mod)

    I am really sorry, but more and more i have to use AD i get crazy and can't understand the hype about it. Yes, it is "cheap" and it has a lot of good functions. But some really important features are still missing. For now, i have to subscribe again for Illustrator and gaming a bit with Affinity. Otherwise, my job can not be finished this month :-( So just another simple: +1 (10000000)

    Yes i get so much crazy with this "stupid" function. I would like exactly what is in your video. But, impossible. I try it now for about one hour ... unbelievably bad!!! The really important things do not seem to exist. If it works, then as a coincidence

    Unfortunately, Affinity Designer can not do this either properly or intuitively. I get no result like i expected. I am clicking and dragging the triangles forward and backwards, using option key or cmd key or all together .. The result makes me totally crazy Can't understand what kind of brain has create this feature like it is

    Hello, because i can't find any way to import a eps or svg or pdf (vector) as a brush, there is no chance to have a real vector (path) brush, right? So, i can not create a some rope elements, export this to a vector abject (instead of a png) and use it then as a brush. If so, i like to have this as a feature :-) Thanks

    How long should user wait for this feature? It's one of the MUST HAVE features. I'm so sorry, but i can't understand that it is not (like a lot of other ...) Cheers Now, 1 hour later – pain in the a** It is so incredibly difficult to work quickly and 100% exactly. Especially when mirroring I need to trace an anchor. In Illustrator 17 minutes, in Photoshop 21 minutes ... In Affinity designer - I've been working on it for an hour ... You can all say I'm too stupid. Ok, but why is it so fast with the other programs? I really think to go back to the s**t club of adobe :-( And btw. the text on path tool is the same adventure. I get all, but nothing like expected. Over all to complicated Have a break for today, my brain gets nervous

    Its really time to have this function. Every time i load AP or AD it takes a while to start my project, because of missing this feature. It should has been from the first release on !!!

    Thanks for the excited comments Now I would like to report again. Of course I stayed with Affinity :-) It is not always as hot as it was written! The functionality of AP and AD is out of competition. And yes, if one is used to working with Photoshop is the change is not so easy. However, I would rather, instead of new functions, to optimize existing ones or even rethink them. Sometimes unpredictable things happen. A selection can be deleted, sometimes simply not. A brush tip is set to soft, but does not paint so .... Unfortunately, I can not explain so well in English, which is why a German-speaking support would be an advantage ... The export of a picture is made transparent, but is issued with background. What I would like to say is, it dive, at least with me, too many "problems", which can not be immediately removed. But cost a lot of time. Why I have not returned AP? Because I believed it from the beginning. Therefore I was also one of the first who bought the program. However, yesterday's crashes made me very angry. AP apparently does not backup (temp). The file is now destroyed, 5 hours of work is gone. Very annoying!
