SVG not showing correctly, SVG faulty or bug ?

Hi, I have a QR code in SVG format, which looks ok when previewed in the finder, but does not show correctly in Affinity Publisher. Is the SVG faulty or is it a bug in Affinity Publisher ? Kind Regards Pascal Test QR.svg
