[Can't find "document setup" in Affinity Photo2]

I was thinking of a single dialog that includes everything but I guess this is the only way then. Thank you guys!

Where do I find the "document setup" option to change the settings? I thought it should be under "File" but it's not. 

[How do I stop a file created in Affinity Photo from defaulting to open with Affinity Designer?]

Hi, I'm very new to Affinity Photo and Designer and I'm using them on my Mac.

I noticed that when I export a document as a template from Affinity Photo, the file automatically defaults to open with Affinity Designer. I know I can change it to open with Photo within the "Get Info" panel, but why is this even happening in the first place? Shouldn't a file just default to open with whichever program it was created on and saved from? 

I never had this problem with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator so I'm a little confused and not sure how to fix this.
