Error while using fonts module in Affinity Publisher

Hi Team, This is to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased 14 licenses of Affinity publisher but unfortunately It's not working properly. Affinity stops working as soon as we try to change the font in the file.I reinstalled Affinity Publisher but with no success whatsoever. Please do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Regards LAXMIKANT PANDEY
