Hello,
had the same problem, here is my workaround, maybe it will help someone:
1. select all elements of the artboard
2. reduce opacity
3. use "select same > fill color" to select the elements
4. select all elements of the artboard again and reset opacity again
(of course this only works if all elements have the same opacity)
