[Brushes not appearing into new category]

I bought new brushes on the affinity website and tried adding them, when I did it said that it was added successfully, but the category that it said was added wasn't under the categories in the brushes in the user interface. I tried many options such as reinstalling the software, but I couldn't find a solution.
