[Opening Sony ARW files look very over exposed]

Thanks for the quick replies chaps.

 

I've had another tinker with this but to no avail.  Is there a way of resetting the program?  Do I need to uninstall & try again?

 

Would really like this to work.

 

Can't work out why the RAW files should open up so badly over exposed.

I'm 'very' new to Affinity Photo, installed it on the good wishes of the chap at the Apple store

 

Quick question.  Is there something I'm doing blatantly wrong that when I open a raw file from my Sony camera it is very over exposed?

 

 

 

I used to use photoshop for raw files but I have just thrown that old machine in the shed & moved over to Apple.

 

OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

 

This happens for every ARW file I open.

 

Any help would be much appreciated
