Wow, almost 5 years and the devs are still ignoring this? So frustrating. -
This was the top post when I searched "HSL shift adjustment not working". When I moved sliders, nothing would happen. No matter where on the layer panels it was. The solution was to quit the software and open it again. "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"
