Rebuilt pc and now won’t validate.

Hi, I rebuilt my pc from the motherboard on up. I am trying to install Affinity designer to an SSD from my old drive. It won’t validate it with the correct product keys. I even tried to start from the confirmation e-mail that was sent to install. Maybe it’s because my registered device has changed ? Any help would be appreciated,thanks!
