  1. Oh Thanks so much. I just saw this. I WILL ask Comcast what is going on? Why would they do that. Thanks again. I had given up... but now that I see I will try again.
  2. I have tried 4 times last night. It is an infinite loop. I get to the download link and this is what I see. A message about a link and product key number - but no link. The screen keeps refreshing the browser every 15 seconds or so. No link. Says I need to verify email address. No emails coming through. Says resend verification email... I click it nothing comes through. It isn't in junk or spam... just a futile effort to do this. I was able to successfully create an account and get on this forum. Verified my email and all that jazz. It all went smoothly. Any helpful suggestions?
  3. Oh my... this was my very first question as I ponder exploring the Photo app. All tutorials show what Photoshop calls "Show Overlay" being present. I know so many like this feature, but when Photoshop first introduced this, I was desperately looking for the means to turn if off!!! I have been considering trying out your app after working in Photoshop since its release. This was a sticking point for me. So glad that it can be turned off.
  4. Hi. I am Daniel. I have bee retouching for 30+ years. Started on proprietary retouching workstations, Scitex, Crosfied, Dicomed and a few others. Like most... I migrated to Adobe Photoshop. I am just now considering trying your Photo App. Would like to learn it and perhaps your other apps as well. I have some questions and have come here to see if anyone can answer some before I dive off into the deep end.
