Thank you both of you for your help!! I ended up going through the order history section and not the downloads and key section.

i just tried getting the installer from the site and it was saying i didn't have the permissions to download the program. Is it safe to assume i just need to repurchase the software again?

Hello, i don't actually know if this belongs here or if anyone else has had an issue like this or similar. I just recently reinstalled my operating system on my pc and i'm trying to reinstall affinity designer I have purchased it around the time that the 50% sale was going on and was trying to reinstall it with the same exact license key and ran into an issue. I do have both the product key and the order number on hand if needed but I couldn't find a better way on contacting support so any form of help is greatly appreciated.
