  1. Is there a way to insert bullet point as a special character (Character Map) into a text in Affinity Designer on Windows? I know there are some buttons to automate the bullet point generation in Affinity Designer, but they are too restrictive sometimes. In Adobe Illustrator, VectorStyler and Notepad++ on Windows, we can insert a bullet point into a text, by pressing Alt + 0149 keys. Doing this in Affinity Designer will just generate an outlined rectangle
  2. Where is the XML file located on WIndows? I tried to find the XML file that contains the ShowFrameTextRuler option in C:\Users\<User>\.affinity\Designer\2.0 directory, but I couldn't find it. Is there a graphical or user friendly way to set the tab stops, as the ones in Adobe Illustrator and VectorStyler?
  3. Is there visual tab stops ruler for text objects in Affinity Designer, as the ones in Adobe Illustrator (the hotkey is Ctrl + Shift + T) and VectorStyler? I think using Paragraph panel > Tab Stops fields to set the tab stops is not really intuitive
  4. Adobe Illustrator's Live Paint, Gradient Mesh and Blend Tool features are essential for vector illustration. If possible, please create those features for Affinity Designer.
  5. Thanks for the info about VectorStyler. In Inkscape, I made two intersecting open paths, combine them (the one with Ctrl + K hotkey) and try to fill the intersection area using Fill Bounded Area tool (the one with U hotkey), but I get "Area is not bounded. Cannot fill" message. Please see the attached screenshot. Did I use the wrong paint bucket tool?
  6. Inkscape's live paint bucket tool is for painting bitmap images, whereas Illustrator's Live Paint produces vector graphics
  7. +1 for Illustrator's Live Paint feature. I bet only Adobe know how to make the algorithm? Hence no other vector illustration software has the feature
  8. +1 for Illustrator's Live Paint feature. I bet only Adobe know how to make the algorithm? Hence no other vector illustration software has the feature
  9. +1 for Illustrator's gradient mesh feature. It is essential to create a vector 3D-like logo, such as Renault logo. Inkscape has the algorithm
