    Adjustments including the Threshold adjustment are, of course, available in both Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo.

    Hello @imanuddenand welcome to the forums.
    You do not say which Affinitty app you are using. There are various solutions to your problem, including the "If I were you I would not start from here" ones.
    However, assuming you are using Photo and you wish to fill out the greyed pixels to black, then you can use the Threshold adjustment. Select Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Threshold and move the slider to the right (probably all the way) until all the grey pixels are black.

    Your question would have been better asked in the appropriate “Questions” section of the forums rather than the “Resources” section of the forums as this section is for people sharing resources for others to use.
