Unable to open file after Publisher crashed

Pub posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi, I have a publisher file which crashed - and I am now unable to open it again. Every time I try to open, I can see the "opening file" mesage, and then Publisher closes. I already tried a fresh install of Publisher, which did not help. Any idea how to fix this ? I really need this file
