With the latest beta (13.0 Beta (22A5331f)) export seems to work just fine again so far (intel iMac 5k).

It seems what works as workaround is to - print the document - in the printing dialog box, select "open in preview" (it is on the bottom, where th epos is labelled "PDF") - within Preview save as PDF. YMMV

Unfortunately, yes. Publisher 1.10.5 on iMac 5K, (iMac18,3; Quad-Core Intel Core i5) using 13.0 Beta (22A5321d). Crash on export 100% on the cases.
