I would like to be able to do colour separations for wood block prints. Is it a function available in Affinity 2?

I have some templates for popup mechanisms. The cutting lines are solid black, the folds dotted or dashed lines. Is there a simple way to convert all dotted and dashed black lines to solid blue and solid black to solid red so I can cut them with a laser cutter?
