Thanks I will try the Walktrough this weekend. to add to this bug as I said there is no crashlog but there is more weird behaviour. I've lost all my parameters, windows, studio, tools, preference options etc etc like it was a Factory restore

Hi @Dan C, I don't know if they are related, here the screenshot too. I Must say that the lines are random and disappear after 5 or 6 export and I can use the export without any issues until I restart affinity. for the Bulk it may be related to a cache issues or a time to process limit as he try to perform a consuming process with 16 photo at the same time. For the export, in my mind this is related to the software, I'm not even sure that you use GPU Hardware to make the export to Jpg. I've tried several time the unchecking doesn't solve any of the two issues. EDIT : To be complete, there is no crash report with the Force Exit.

Hi, To do the screenshot I went to Affinity photo and discover that is still running since this morning (5 hours) this time with the ram increase he didn't force exit me. here the screenshot. running to see that there is still no photo treated. and the second one with the parameters, I'm not eager to increase more, I don't want to swap on my HDD to much when using the tools. and there is no improvement.

I successully batch 4 to 8 files but now i want to batch process 50 to 100 files. I already tried to increase these parameter, the soft exit later but it never process one file.

Yes Batch process, That's doesn't change anything, FYI : I have a Gefore RTX 3060 with the Studio driver up to date.

The Bulk treatment of CR2 make the software close without any modification. even just a format change (CR2 to TIFF or JPG). this is not working either when bulk modifying with a built in or a custom macro script (color, exposition, etc...). Version 1.10.5 (build 1342)

I'm experiencing a lot of issues when exporting my CR2 to another format. There is a lot of white line appearing randomly. I need to export 5 or 6 times to reduce this effect. I'm using version 1.10.5 (build 1342)
