Good morning / afternoon/ evening. I've been using photoshop and lightroom for a few weeks now, discovering the highs and lows of each. Most of which of the frustrations of a bare bones version of photoshop that requires me to sometime use lightroom for things the desktop adobe has. I need an alternative, and Affinity seems to have what I need, I hope. Let me explain what I need it for and if you can tell me if Affinity has these;
1: Adjustment layers. Whilst photoshop has this, the iOS version is shockingly basic, unable to alter colours. I want to make an adjustment layer, select an area with masking tool, and change a certain colour's hue etc. Lightroom can do this, but can Affinity do all that?
2: Grid option. A very basic feature missing in photoshop...
3: Content aware tool. Something I find invaluable.
4: Distortion correction tool. Something I need to correct distortion/warping from my scanner.
Other questions;
1: I wanted to check if I read correctly, but Affinity can run on win 7? Free trial too? I ask this because I'd love to try it out before committing to buying on ipad.
2: Generally, how do the ipad and desktop versions compare? With photoshop, the difference is quite a bit!
