  1. I use Affinity 2.0.3 on a new MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.0.1. I have 3 image-heavy books stored in the publisher cloud. A couple of days ago I opened one of them (a previously completed book) and noticed that all the images were showing as linked and missing. I thought I must have made an error when last using that doc (ie changed all images to links temporarily to make the file easier to send and forgotten to re-embed). I immediately double-checked that both other books had all images embedded (they did). However, on 24 Dec I was working on the current book, pinning images to text. After one attempt to pin, the program jammed and it took 5-10 mins for the spinning circle to stop and allow me to continue. However I then realised that every image in the doc was blurred, checked the resource manager, and sure enough all the images had gone from being embedded to being linked and missing. Unless you are able to advise me of some quick way to undo this, it's going to take me a while to locate and re-embed the images! Strangely enough, when I export the document to downloads, the images are coming through clear not blurred. IMG_3201.MOV
  2. I've been working on a nearly 300 page document and over the past few days the cursor has started playing up big time. It disappears completely and won't insert back in the text. Sometimes it will appear flashing at the top left hand corner of that page's text box, but can't be moved around. The only way I can then access the text is to use the find and replace feature to highlight text, and as long as I click on the highlighted area the cursor will appear and I can move it around using the arrow keys. As soon as I do any other action, like saving, the cursor disappears again and I'm back at square one. To make matters worse, yesterday after doing a number of laborious text editing, although I saved regularly to the cloud and a usb, none of the changes were visible when I reopened the doc. sigh. * Updated the affinity app in case that was the problem, but no change. * Checked hardware acceleration option, but it's blanked out and I can't select on or off. * Took a quick video using my phone but can't upload it to this (file too big probably) * No changes to hardware or software used. So last night I gave up and copied everything across to a brand new publisher doc, spent time reformatting etc, and this morning was still able to access the cursor initially in the new doc. Then I opened up section manager and sorted out all the sections again. By the time I'd finished that, the cursor wouldn't work on the new doc. I went back and deleted all the sections in case that was the problem. The cursor still didn't show. Any ideas?
