Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Gorark.
The LUT previews were removed in 1.9 (if I remember correctly) to resolve a performance issue with generating the previews for users who have a lot of LUTs installed.
At this point, Affinity applications show only the names, and you will need to use some other application, or the documentation provided with the LUTs, to see anything else.
