Seems like it was related to GPU Tweak III after all. Today after a fresh reboot and killing GPU Tweak III because of issues with another app Photo and Designer work just fine. I did yesterday exact the same, but somehow it didn't solve the issue then. I got rid of the application, I have just used it for fan control anyways. Many thanks for all your help and patience!

I could not figure out how to do this with the Windows Store version of the app, so I downloaded the regular demo version and tried it with this version. This solved the issue. I tried this as well, but this didn't help. I have not A/B tested this with my current GPU, but for my old one (GTX 960) it made a huge difference installing the studio drivers for getting in down system latency (not talking about audio latency; my audio interface takes care of that ).

Hi @LeeThorpe! No, I have not. I can't use the regular drivers, as these are not nearly as stable for the audio workload I have. As far as I know the Studio drivers are also not different from the regular ones, but with focus on stability and low latency for audio, video and graphics workloads. The only downside is getting less frequent driver updates (1-2 per month). Ben

Thanks @GarryP, I've already tried it. I don't have Nahimic, but I've disabled GPU Tweak III. Other then that I don't have any of the listed software installed on my system.

The menu entries disappear on mouse over and are not clickable (click triggers whatever is below that). Also most GUI elements don't work properly (for example check boxes on the welcome popup). Moving the app from one screen to the other crashes the app most of the times. Same issue with Design. As soon as I switched the output color depth of my main display to 8bpc the issues disappeared. I also tried to disable GPU acceleration, did not solve the issue. Windows 10 21H2, NVidia RTX 3060 with latest Studio Drivers (512.96), latest version of Affinity Photo and Design from the Microsoft Store (1.10.5.1342), ASUS ProArt Display PA328CGV @ 2560x1440 @ 120Hz / 60Hz
