  1. It will not break control logic for all existing users. It's just an option such as the square and large brush thumbnails. I have never noticed it. I have been feeling uncomfortable about colors in Affinity Photo for many years. This is the reason of this. So I have rephrased my suggested title. an option that the same look color wheel as Photoshop. The top part of the color wheel is yellow and the colors run in the opposite direction.
  2. Thank you @GripsholmLion! This is exactly what I was looking for. Photoshop, Krita, Clip Studio, Sai, Unity3d, the top part of the color wheel of them is almost yellow. If Affinity Photo is intended to be a Photoshop alternative, it's better to reduce the switching cost.
  3. It's possible to work with a lot more industry standard apps. The different color wheel makes me a little bit confused. The similar look color wheel makes it easier to jump between other apps seamlessly.
  4. Thanks for confirming the bugs. That's correct the meaning of the 'overwrites' I meant.
  5. Windows 10 22H2 Hardware Acceleration on Affinity Photo 2.2.0 Both Photo and Designer(Pixel Persona) since 2.1. But, the feature is working on Vector Brushes in Designer(Designer Persona) I customized the shortcut keys Shift + Number keys to other functions. When updated to 2.2, new additional keyboard shortcut keys such as shift + [ or ] did not assign. It's empty. But, Shift + Number keys were overwritten. Steps to reproduce the bug. I'm not sure. 1. Install Affinity Photo 2.0.0. 2. Customize the keyboard shortcut keys Shift + Number keys to other functions. 3. Update to Affinity Photo 2.1.0. 4. Alt-click on a new brush keeps your current brush width is not working.
  6. Affinity forgot to implement the Erase blend mode of brushes even in v2.1. There is a similar request in the v1 archive. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/168619-ability-to-use-any-brush-as-an-eraser-in-bitmappixel-mode/
  7. Windows 10 22H2 Hardware Acceleration on Affinity Photo 2.0.4 Steps to reproduce the bug. 1. Make a new document 2. Add a pixel layer 3. Flood Fill this layer with a red color 4. Add Layer> New Empty Mask Layer 5. Select the mask layer and paint with soft brush 6. alt + click the mask layer thumbnail (display the grayscale mask) 7. Color Picker Tool, change Source: Global to Current Layer on the toolbar 8. pick a color from gray pixel area, but all (R: 0 G: 0 B: 0) color I can pick gray colors from a mask layer in Affinity Photo V1.
  8. It would really improve the workflow. Almost, I use some specified size to create hand painted textures.
  9. I didn't know that. Affinity has already had the function what I want to. I tried to use the continuous option and it works well. It's more fun to create game textures.
  10. I have been trying Affinity Photo to create hand painted textures for the 3d game assets made in Blender. Creating new textures for the 3d game assets, I export the same name texture many times. Almost over 50 times per texture. Modifying the texture and exporting it to check the 3d appearance in Blender. press the export shortcut key - 1 click Export Settings dialog - 1 click enter Save As dialog - 1 click enter confirm overwrite/replace the same file name dialog - 1 click enter Each time I export a texture, I press 4 clicks. I need completely 1 click export solution that can assign a shortcut key. If the "Quick Export" name is already used in Layer> Export function. Then I need the "Super Quick Export" function. no dialog/confirmation export in Affinity Photo.
  11. HSL and HSV are almost another language. The value is very important for satisfying results. I don't use affinity's color choosing tool as missing HSV. I am not familiar with HSL. I use another color picker software for checking and choosing HSV color. And then pick the color in affinity.
  12. I want to hide the brush stroke view on the right side on the Brushes panel. I want the brush thumbnails only view. It's convenient for the non large screen graphic drawing tablets.
  13. Blender's quick favorites menu speeds up our workflow. Affinity Designer and Photo's some menus are different position. This is a little confusing. The quick favorites menu also solves this. For instance, the Flip Horizontal is Layer> Transform> Flip Horizontal in Affinity Designer. However, the Flip Horizontal in Affinity Photo is Arrange> Flip Horizontal, not Layer tab.
