[Equirectangular Layer Support]

Hi, so I've been working with the equirectangular projection feature for my 360 photos and when needing to duplicate the layer in order to steal other parts of the image I find that the program wont move the camera around the same on all layers and only moves on the current layer. So if we are working with multiple layers the camera will not line up if moved. Can you put in a feature to lock the camera to all layers?

As a secondary ask, can we get a tool in the toolbar to access the ability to pan around the image in equirectangular projection mode? instead of go to the move tool and hit the live projection button again?
