So in summary of this original question...If I buy a personal license, it is valid only on a computer or a number of computers that the purchaser owns. However, when such a purchaser uses a computer provided by an organization/company/business then the organization/company/business should purchase a license to use on their computer.
This means that personally purchased licenses are only allowed to be used on personal devices owned by the purchaser and not valid on computer owned by a business or an organization.
