  1. I think you are trying really hard to justify a scenario that just doesn't happen. Also, the idea is to help users get started, of course, it's not going to be perfect, it doesn't need to be perfect.
  2. We are probably talking about edge cases here. It's easier to change few shortcuts (from the preset) than all of them. So basically make accessibility and the transition process (from Photoshop) more difficult? Not sure if this is the best approach to growing a userbase as an alternative to a mainstream tool.
  3. Thanks! Still, having a preset would make life much easier for those who are switching from PS, which I would argue is a sizeable fraction, if not the majority of your user base.
  4. It seems that some shortcuts cannot be changed, specifically the ones that control the brush size and zooming. I just purchased Affinity (I tried it a few times before) and I think it is great if it had a shortcut preset that mimics Photoshop's shortcuts. I used PS for many years and I do not want to change my muscle memory. Also, I do find Affinity Photo's default shortcuts awkward to use.
