  1. Windows. I uploaded off Serif website. The down load or purchase links do appear in account when logged in from new device. I am attempting to download off old purchase & then add new keys from recent purchase. If that doesnt work I will have ot do refund , delete account fully & come in as new customer. At this point my old computer doesnt recognize password & no password reset is being sent so this looks like my only recourse. we should have the option to add/change devices.No one has just one device anymore & computers do break.
  2. Is there an easy way to add my new computer to my account? I uploaded this software on my old computer, which is ready to bite the dust any moment, thinking I could also download it on my new computer & delete the old. This is not the case. When I log in the both the purchase and the software download only shows if I log in from my old computer. Neither show up on my new computer. To avoid refunding , canceling account & repurchasing on new account - is there an easy way to add my new computer to my account? I dont see anything anywhere on this topic & no one responds to customer service inquiries.
