Hello everyone,
I keep running into an issue and hoping somebody might be able to help. When working in Affinity Photo, when I try save a file it will suddenly say "the file appears to be corrupted and the program must now close". Is there anything I can do to recover these files??I checked these forums, and there are a few posts with similar issues, however none of the fixes suggested seem to help. This has been happening more and more frequently lately, to a point where Affinity Photo is almost unusable... I tried re-installing the software, which did not help. It could have been a hardware issue, but it happened again when working on another desktop. I have also been using the internal harddrive, so that is definately not the issue.
Any advice?Many thanks in advance,
IS

Hi there, and thank you for your reply.
I am running Windows 10 Pro, and there are no cloud services involved with the folder - I made sure of it after reading the replies on similar threads about the issue.
Kind of randomly? It happens only when I save the file, although I noticed it's more frequent with larger files, and is less common if I just do basic adjustments on the photo.
