First off, thanks for the quick reply. But your answer brings up another question. How do I determine what subset of the IDML spec does Publisher support? I can't seem to find any documentation on that subject.

If I use UnderlineWeight and UnderlineOffset in IDML, it doesn't seem to work when importing the IDML. No matter what values I use, I get the same underline. Note that I have tried using these attributes in ParagraphStyle and CharacterStyle as well as Properties.

When I have a 3 text frames which link to each other (1 -> 2 -> 3) and I want to put a table into 1, the rows stop after the first text frame. I have KeepWithNextRow set to false in the IDML code, so after the first textframe is full, the second one should start displaying the rest of the table.
