Can't pull up files

Debra Williams posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I bought Affinity Designer and downloaded it to my laptop (Windows). I save my work but I can't pull it back up. It says it's not supported. What have I done wrong?
