I've been wanting to buy the universal V2 license for a month and I can't do it because every time I try it gives me an error. After contacting me they always tell me there is a problem and to try again. I have tried it 7 times, with different operating systems, windows and ventura, with different browsers, chrome, safari, Brave and with up to 3 different bank cards and there is no way. What can I do now? How is it possible that in all this time since it went on sale they still have not been able to correct that error? Don't they realize they are losing money and customer trust? Do something already. Give me a way to get my software. And if they are not capable, do not offer a product with defects when buying it. Let's be serious.

Well, I have the same problem for a month. I have tried multiple occasions with different cards, with different browsers, even from two different operating systems: Windows and Ventura on Mac and there is no way. It always gives the same error. And as has happened to most of those who have tried to pay by card, they have held me at the approximate bank about ten days the amount of each of the purchases. I have written to all the emails but none solve anything. And I'm still unable to have what I want. Very frustrating everything. Do I have to believe that they are able to design a product as good as Affinity Photo but they are not able to correct an error such as not being able to pay? I sincerely do not know what to think but it sounds foolish
