Crash reports werden nicht generiert. Hallo Dan, its getting more complex every time I look into this issue. In regard to your question: Yes, I can see this profile. But this is not the profil of "pixelfotoexpress". I Deleted the pixelfoto profile in the windows folder. Than I opened the Softproof menue and the above mentioned profile was still there. Now my new findings: I opened the Softproof menue. I pressed "Vorgabe hinzufügen". In the popup I entered the file name of the profile from pixelfoto. When I enter "OK" on the right side, directly under Softproof a new preview named "pixelfotoexpress ..." appears. I checked this profil and obviously it works, at least I can see a difference in the picture with and without this profile. And now the strange think: If i go back to the Softproof menue and scroll through the different profiles I find the profil "US. Web Coated SWOP ..." highlighted. To make the long story short. I ordered the picture now at my print service and hope it will good. Maybe you can talk to your programing colleagues: All Profiles should be in alphabethic order. all profiles in the Softproof menue should have the file name as the name in the menue. Hallo, kennst sich jemand aus mit dem Softproof? Ich arbeite mit Win10 in Aff.Photo. Habe heute Icc Profil meiner Druckerei runtergeladen, entzipt und im richtigen Ordner installiert. Habe sicherheitshalber das ganze System neu gestartet (war früher in LR meistens notwendig). Dennoch taucht das Profil in der Anwendungsebene "Softproof" nicht auf. Jetzt ergeben sich einige Fragen, bei denen Ihr mir ggf. helfen könnt? 1. Wie bekomme ich das Profil angezeigt? 2. Warum sind die Profile im "Softproof" nicht alphabetisch geordnet? 3. Warum habe ich im Betriebssystem nur ca. 100 Profile, aber in der Anwendungsebene "Softproof" gibt es über 125 Profile Besten Dank für Eure Hilfe
