Hi @stokerg thanks for your help. I did try to save it and when I choose that option, the app crashes. I’m going to try the suggestion above later but my iMac is so old I’m not sure it will recognise the iPad but I will definitely give that a go. I’m worried it’s an object I’m using within the doc. I’ve copied elements from another project to add into these, some of those elements are svgs or cropped items - I wonder if it is corrupting it somehow. Thanks for taking time to respond.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond, you make perfect sense! I’m using the iPad app and unfortunately when I tried to dupe or rename, it’s as if the buttons are dead and nothing happens. It feels very buggy as it’s not happening on all documents, but I wonder if there’s an object within them that is causing this. Thank you for your response.

I’ve suddenly started getting a “loading failed” message when opening files. It says “unable to load documents” I’ve shut down app, rebooted iPad, and it keeps happening. Please help, is there any way of retrieving the files? These files are designs for my wedding in 2 weeks! Aaaaagh!
