[How To Size a 5262x2848 pixel image to fit a 30 x20 print at Costcophotocenter]

I am a new user to Affinity Photo. I recently took a group shot at 5262 x 2848, in size.

I have attempted to have it printed at the Costco Photocenter in a JPEG 30x20 inch print. However, the print was returned cropping off 1.5 people on either side. I have tried exporting the pic at various sizes with no luck.

Is there any way I can change this pic to fit the 30x20 format without losing people? Many thanks in advance for any thoughts.
