brushes Pattern Brush Packs

Help! I'm not sure if I am missing something or not, but I can't seem to figure out why they won't appear in my vector brushes? The updated list mentions that most are Vector but when I open them in Designer the pop up calls them Rasters? Surely I am missing something as no other comment says this... haha
