  1. Hi Patrick/Brian, Would it be possible to upload a file/package exhibiting this behaviour to this location https://www.dropbox.com/request/RF88c7Z5Klx4oIcpKBLj Lee
  2. Hi Peter Turner, Could you please follow the instructions in this post to send us a crash report. Lee
  3. Hi Vinalm, Could you give an example of what you are trying to acheive? You can print multiple pages per signature as shown below. Lee
  4. Hi micr0, I don't believe there is a way to force mirroring on an iPad via cable. You could however use Airplay Mirroring if you could connect an airplay compatible device such as an Apple TV to your projector. This also has the added benefit of untethering you from your projector. Edit - You can disable "Present on External Displays" in Affinity Photo Settings > General. Lee
  5. Hi duderonomy, Additional to the above, once you've made your selection, ctrl J will make a duplicate of your selection onto a new layer. There is no way to do this within the same layer. though. If you are not able to do this, make sure the layer is a pixel layer and not an image layer (you can right click a layer to rasterise it into a pixel layer). It may be worth a post in our Feedback section of the forum. Lee
  6. Hi Spidermurph, Could you please list your full system specs (CPU/GPU/RAM/OS version), also could you try uninstalling all versions and downloading the free trial from the MS app store and sign in to this to register and see if this works? Lee
  7. Hi AlessioFB, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've now been able to recreate this and we have it logged as a bug to look into. It seems it's to do with the the layers studio panel. Until there's a patch for this, a workaround is to hide the layers panel temporarily whilst you paint. Lee
  8. Hi omake, I could only replicate the issue you were having with the pasted PSD affecting the original document which i've logged as a bug, the rest I'm thinking may be related to your specific documents? Could you try this with documents not from this source? (I won't ask you to share those from Domestika to respect their copyright). Lee
  9. Hi bbrother, Thanks for this information, i've logged this as a bug. Lee
  10. Hi Webb, I'm not able to recreate your issue, if you could try the above posted by @NotMyFault and share the video here, that would be very helpful. Lee
  11. Hi MikeTO, I've passed this to the documentation team to refine. Lee
  12. Hi IvanGillbertt, Could you list your computer specifications for us, ie OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM. Lee
  13. Hi bapt, This unfortunately looks like a known issue related to strokes not expanding correctly whilst a pressure curve is applied. It's something we hope to address as soon as possible but can't give you a timescale on this I'm afraid. Lee
  14. Hi El-Gerto, This is MacOS preparing a sandbox for the application to run in, this is normal. Lee
  15. Hi Fantomas.CZ, I've tried and I can't replicate your issue at all (using the provided fonts). The crash reports point towards a redraw issue, but I can't see any reason for this. Is anything else running on the system at the same time, and is it reproducible after a fresh reboot as the first application launched? Lee
  16. Hi Komatös, You can find your saved preset in the adjustment studio panel by expanding the adjustment you have saved the preset for. For example, the below "high contrast" preset was saved in the way you demonstrated. Lee
  17. Hi Affinity Rat, Does this issue disappear after a restart of the iPad? Lee
  18. Hi fulanku, As @Hangman suggested, this is a known issue with a fairly simple workaround, but will hopefully be resolved soon. Lee
  19. Hi devenda, You can press and hold the question mark at the bottom right of the application to see a UI overview. https://affinity.help/photo2ipad/English.lproj/contents.xml?page=pages/Workspace/interface.html?title=Interface Visual Reference Lee
  20. Hi Mirela, Have you tried restarting your Mac fully? Lee
  21. Hi Yaoif, I think we'll need to take a look at the document, could you please save the document as a package (file > save as package) and upload the files to this location if possible? https://www.dropbox.com/request/4PSuTle3S4hMAkRyaUUu Lee
  22. Ah apologies, I somehow missed that you were on a mac. It looks like this is a bug and i've reported this to the devs to take a look at. Lee
  23. Hi mogsie, we're aware of this issue which occurs with word documents imported into Publisher. Hopefully we can resolve this soon. Lee
  24. Hi Reinhard K, It seems that disabling the eraser in the Wacom driver is only telling Windows Ink to disable the eraser. You can select the Windows ink method of input in Settings > tools > tablet input method Lee
