  1. Hi Varesha, it would be a good idea to post this in the Feedback section of the forum. Lee
  2. Hi erdi12, Thanks for this information, I've logged this as a bug. Lee
  3. Hi JeremyVDB, I'm afraid Cmd+& isn't a valid shortcut in our software. Lee
  4. Despite the studio drivers being optimised for stability, In my experience the consumer drivers are more stable and give much better performance. This includes for creative applications 2d and 3d. I would advise giving them a try. Lee
  5. There's no lock to the position in the layer stack, but you can create layers beneath this layer by selecting a layer below it before creating any new layers. Lee
  6. Hi SPD54, You should be able to achieve this with a combination of perspective warped image over the entire jigsaw with a screen overlay mode, some masks and a second copy of your image rotated to match the red piece. I would advise removing the red from the red piece and changing it to a similar black/Grey gradient as the rest of the pieces around it (I used a black and white adjustment). This would result in something a little like this (very rough) example. Lee
  7. Hi Erno, Which version of Nvidia's driver are you using? (studio / retail) Lee
  8. Hi Mainecoon364, You could just add a new layer for adding notes using the pencil tool, but It may be preferable to switch to the pixel persona for this to use the paint brush tool on a pixel layer. Lee
  9. @ericosmosNEW If an issue is resolved, our bot will respond to the thread it was reported in automatically. Lee.
  10. Hi Bryan Rieger, Have you recently installed any new fonts? Lee
  11. Hi AdamZD, Could you please upload a document (preferably as a package - file > save as package ) for us to test. https://www.dropbox.com/request/2sEYUfKPUjfA99QCVIUC
  12. Hi Mirolsav Samanek, Do you have hardware acceleration enabled in Edit > Settings > Performance? Could you possibly try the latest non studio drivers from Nvidia, the Studio drivers are often quite far behind the regular drivers and in general do not offer the same level of performance and stability in 2d and 3d and computational cases, at least in my own experience. Lee
  13. Hi clonkel, This is normal behaviour as the embed could contain anything and won't be interpreted in this way. A simple workaround would be to double click the embedded document to open it in a new window, select all, copy and paste into your original document. This will now behave how you expect. Lee
  14. Hi Beck, I would consider the option of rasterisation for this. As it's a vector, you can create a raster image of any size so there's not going to be many use cases you wouldn't be better off this way. Lee
  15. Hi Hooray, It's a bad file, it's not openable in other software either. Lee
  16. Hi Hooray, This sounds potentially like a damaged EPS file, have you tried any others? We can take a look at it if you upload it here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/iDNR14V3pEoc4nGfg6Vq Lee
  17. Hi freelancefreddy, I'm actually struggling to replicate this, I'm getting a successful export each time. Could you possibly supply an example file where this is failing for you? https://www.dropbox.com/request/Ecl67ZfxAyDn9S3dE7wa Lee
  18. Hi Cecca, Sorry this has happened, do you remember what happened just before this occurred? It's a known issue, though it seems to be quite rare and we are still trying to find a way to recreate it so we can find a way to fix it, so any information you have could be very useful. We have a possible way to recover the file but it is unfortunately a little bit of a process and not guaranteed. Hopefully you are able to recover some of your files using this method - our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences caused due to this. Lee
  19. Hi Billy Ironcrane, Is this any .afphoto or specific documents, and are you able to create new documents? Lee
  20. Hi Fal, An Artboard without a fill is different to an artboard with a fill when exporting. If a fill is present, the artboard is exported as a rectangle object. The layers setup shown means this would be a Rectangle, with a nested group containing further rectangles. This layers setup isn't compatible with PSD/Photoshop, therefore the nested groups must be rasterised to maintain layer structure. Lee
  21. Hi all, Thanks for the testing here, this has now been logged as a bug to be looked at by the devs. Lee
