  1. Hi Hangman, I'm unable to recreate your issue in any way, is it something that happens often/after a restart?? I've asked the documentation team to clarify the "create a new document from an image" section. Lee

  10. Hi ndr42, Apologies for the delay in responding. I've noticed that shift command #/' is not actually recognised by the operating systems keyboard viewer on OSX as a valid button press (it's as far as i know one of the only combinations that does not register). So I'm thinking there is a conflict between OSX's reserved keyboard shortcuts of which there are -many- I recommend looking at this list to avoid using OS reserved shortcuts, I'm not sure if a German specific shortcut list exists though. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201236 Lee
  11. Opening your full project on both my PC (i9-11900, 3070ti, 32gb ram) and iMac pro 32gb to their knees somewhat. I've tested the document with some optimisation on the 7.5gb compressed (90+Gb uncompressed) collection of 680+ images. Using a batch job in photo I resized to a max of 1500px wide instead of around 5000px for most which should be fine for printing at 300dpi as the largest images physical size on your document is approx. 5 inches wide (300px*5=1500px). This improved things dramatically. As you can imagine, the large amount of extra unused information is considerably slowing your documents performance. To resize the images in Photo you can create a batch job and limit the X axis, and save the resized images to a new folder. Once done, move the old referenced image folder to a new location and reload your document. On launch, you will be prompted for missing files, point to the new folder, then once linked, Ctrl A to select all the images in the resource manager and update all images. Obviously if you do not have Affinity Photo, 3rd party tools can be used instead. Lee
  12. Hi KatherynAbby, Could you please try uninstalling the software fully and redownloading from the website, preferably using the opposite installer to the one you have previously installed, ie the MSIX in your case. Lee
  13. I cannot say, however I would recommend signing up to our beta program for new releases, where once a new beta build arrives you can test and report the issues that occur to help with compatibility of the final build. Lee
