  1. Hi, Could you please provide your document to the following link so we can take a look? https://www.dropbox.com/request/PxbPdAMR1ZMmxQzGLebF Lee
  2. So, I had a look at this on Friday, I was able to recreate your issue, and narrowed down the issue to the Bevel FX on the needles layers specifically. I was planning to delve a little deeper today, however for reasons I haven't quite figured out yet, I can't now replicate the issue again this morning. So, I'm still testing so don't worry, it's being looked at, but for now I'd look at those layers and seek an alternative way of doing those for now. Lee
  3. Hi KephirBaron, Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums Thanks for the info, as @walt.farrell has already noted, this is an issue we're aware of and hope to resolve soon. Lee
  4. Hi SimulatedJon, As a first step to trying to resolve this, could you please boot Publisher whilst holding ctrl and hit clear on the following window that appears. Lee
  5. Hi Ezbaze, Are you able to break down your workflow a little to try and give us some more information to try and replicate this? To investigate this we'd need some way of being able to recreate it. Are you editing documents embedded in the embedded documents at all? Lee
  6. Hi Ducky3961, It's not possible within Publisher directly (might be worth a post in the feedback section of the forum). You can change the image to a linked document in the resource manager, rescale in Photo and update once back in Publisher. Lee
  7. Hi Mbox, There's no specific offset feature, but you could use the stabiliser tool, or work at a closer zoom to negate the issue somewhat. Lee
  8. Hi joe_l, Thanks for this, I've been able to recreate this issue and have created a bug report for it. Lee
  9. Hi Helkin René, I'm afraid It's not possible to open multiple files at once on Photo for iOS. Lee
  10. We do not always request a file especially when there are other troubleshooting steps that need to be followed first. Now they have though you can send the file here for me to take a look at if you wish: https://www.dropbox.com/request/8O7Vqyy5iIEOSpIIgsqq Lee
  11. Hi Fortcon, Could you please try disabling hardware acceleration in your app's settings. (Affinity Designer > Settings > performance) Lee
  12. Hi Gingertheorangecat, Could you please try recording a full screen video displaying this with the keyboard viewer enabled and visible (see instructions below to show this) https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp1015/mac Lee
  13. Hi dcgall, I'm not able to recreate this on our test printers, it comes out exactly as specified. What model are you using? Lee
  14. Hi Alex_M, This is a known issue and we're still working on resolving this. Thanks for the report. Lee
  15. @GreenGirl As @NotMyFault there may be something corrupted within the document. As it's a complex document it may be worth using split half theory to narrow down the offending item(s). First I'd ensure you backup your project, then hide half the layers and export each half of the document separately, if only one half of the layers shows the issue, half those layers and repeat until you find the offending layer(s). Then check the layer for the list of potential issues @NotMyFault lists. Lee
  16. Hi arifg, Thanks for the report, this is a known issue so hopefully we'll be able to resolve it soon. Lee
  17. Hi Jonas Reiher, From what I can tell, HDR radiance are not supported on Apple Photo's or OSX natively. Icon previews are generated at file creation and aren't actually in that format. Lee
  18. Hi Hangman, There are a few limitations with passthrough shown below: Version incompatibility Colour space Image adjustments Layer Effects Transparency For example if the version of the placed PDF is higher than that of the export PDF it cannot be passed through. If the colour space of the placed PDF does not match the colour space of the export PDF it cannot be passed through. If Image Adjustments, Layer Effects or Transparency are applied to the placed PDF it cannot be passed through. If the PDF cannot be passed through it will be 'interpreted'. These issues should be flagged in pre-flight (with correct PDF output selected), which account for some of your issues. However, it does look like you have uncovered an issue with an incompatible PDF 1.4 exported as PDF/X-1a:2003 not flagging in the pre-flight checklist. Lee
  19. Hi GreenGirl, Which OS version are you running? Could you please try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Affinity Designer > options > Performance and changing Display to OpenGL to see if this resolves the issue for you? Lee
  20. Hi June Yap, To eliminate the styles you are importing from being the issue, could you please try creating a new style group with a basic style in, then export and reimport this style. Lee
  21. I'm assuming you are talking about Affinity v1? The last supported OS on the 2010 Mac Pro is 10.14 which is not compatible with v2. Lee
  22. Hi SuffolkCindy2, I'm unable to recreate this issue on v2, it looks like an issue that was only ever reported once on v1 back in '20 as @GarryP noted. Monitoring this thread in case you have further issues beyond @walt.farrell's suggestions. Lee
  23. The link above is still active if you would like to send me the current version to check it over. Lee
