  1. Hi purplie, This is an issue we're currently aware of and hope to resolve soon. Lee
  2. I'm a Blender user so I have some advice. Use the regular export as curves from Blenders built in addons instead of export grease pencil. To do this you'll need to make sure the actual object is a curve object, but you can transform from grease pencil and geometry based object to curves by using the convert to function (if it's a polygonal model, you'll need to delete > faces only first). Now you should be able to export using the regular export > curves (SVG) . if you've enabled it from the built in addons menu, and ensure you enable selection only in the export window. This is far better at exporting compatible SVG files. Lee
  3. Hi Kent Davis, This is an issue we're aware of and hope to resolve soon. Lee
  4. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît suivre les instructions sur le deuxième post ici: Lee
  5. Hi jmdu, Pouvez-vous démarrer la version MSI tout en maintenant la touche CTRL enfoncée ? Lee
  6. Hi jlabonski, Could you try navigating to your apps performance settings (Affinity Photo > Settings > Performance), disable Hardware Acceleration and change Display to OpenGL. Lee
  7. Hi amoraleite, We do not have plans for an animation application at this time. Lee
  8. Hi Alan02, Could you please try navigating to Window > Studio > Show Right Studio or Reset Studio if this doesn't work. It's likely you've
  9. Hi Gewoonolaf, Thanks for this report, I've logged it as a bug. Lee
  10. Hi Bay, I would personally use the crop tool to rotate and crop at the same time. With the image that's left, I'd use the blend options > Source Layer Ranges graph to remove the white from the image as show below. Lee
  11. I'd suggest popping this on the feedback forum where it is more likely to be seen: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/122-feedback-for-the-affinity-v2-suite-of-products/ Lee
  12. Hi Ruddy, Not directly, you can however create a square to fit your 256x256 grid, then use the menu select > selection from layer, then delete your square layer. Lee
  13. Hi zpta, A standard mouse wheel (as opposed to Apple's Magic Mouse's trackpad like surface) will use the mouse wheel for scrolling menus etc, to navigate around the page you will still need to use a two finger gesture. Lee
  14. Sorry, by this do you mean Ventura 13.5 or Sonoma?
  15. Absolutely, They will only be openable on the beta which you can sign up for here: https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/affinity-beta-program/ This does mean temporarily having a second application on your system I'm afraid, but it will be clearly marked as beta in the app name and a "b" in the corner of the app logo so you know which you are using at all times. Once released you will be fine to use them on the actual release and be free to delete the beta. Lee
  16. Apologies, For a very brief period of time, our beta update pushed to regular users. You are currently running on v2.2 beta through no fault of your own. I would advise reinstalling your previous version from our site or the app store where you purchased your app. Do not save any documents on this version as they will not be openable without the latest beta. Lee
  17. Apologies for the delay, as this requires access to the hardware, It's only possible to test when I have access to it. I've been unable to recreate your experience with my PTH451, the closest we have available to your model (they appear to share the same manual/tech/driver) Which operating system are you running and have you tried a full removal and reinstallation/update of the drivers? Lee
  18. Hi Cady, could you please clarify which version of the software you are running? (either help > My account on Windows or Affinity Designer > My Account on MacOS) Lee
  19. Hi ruppolo, Thanks for this info, i've tested and recreated this issue on Windows and OSX. This has now been reported as a bug for the devs to look into. Lee
  20. Hi alidesigns, Thanks for this information, i've reported this as a bug. Lee
  21. Hi ndr, Thanks for informing us of this, i've passed the info on to the devs. Lee
  22. Hi Ikikuru, The smart fill tool (hotkey R) will add new curves to your image, you can then use the gradient tool on those new shapes. To use, select the whole image before filling shapes. Lee
  23. Hi edlingerth, I've passed the file to the devs to take a look at as I was unsuccessful myself in my attempts. I'm afraid I cannot guarantee a time frame for this to be looked at or a chance of success. Obviously backing up regularly should be the priority, but where were you saving the document to, locally or an external disk? Was this a cloud synced location (ie dropbox/google drive etc)? Lee
  24. Hi Mainecoon364, You can use canvas clipping as shown below. Lee https://affinity.help/photoipad/English.lproj/contents.xml?page=pages/SizeTransform/canvasSize.html?title=Changing canvas size
  25. Hi Istick, Which tool/brush tool and brush are you using when this occurs? Lee
