Hi Callum thanks for responding! I wasn’t pressing shift but it’s by the by now as my laptop packed up and I’ve replaced it with an iMac. Currently using photoshop and Lightroom on the free trial and tbh I hate it. I read so much about them being better but I just don’t see it. Sure they might be more powerful and have more tools but it’s such a pain going from LR to PS and back again not to mention the layout of PS is ghastly. Things I found quick and simple in Affinity are a total struggle.

Hello, so I’ve tried Affinity on my old Mac and loved it but now I have my newer windows laptop and I thought I’d use the free trial to make sure it’s the same. The vertical scroll on the touchpad works fine but nothing happens with a horizontal scroll. Tested the touchpad and it’s fine so I wonder is it a windows bug or an Affinity setting I’ve missed. I can’t live without being able to zoom in and scroll about an image so would really appreciate a solution. Thanks
