Crashes immediately upon opening 16k TGA files

Confirming the Problem on 1.10.5, The Problem still exists. 16k Tga File with about 750mb I was lucky and had access to an old Photoshop license. I opened the TGA in PS and resaved it as a TIF. After that i could open the File in Affinity Photo. I hope that helps somebody until the Issue is solved. Thanks to myclay
